Northern Cycones beat Central Penn Panthers 4-3
The MJHL Columbus Weekend Showcase continued Friday afternoon, as the home town Northern Cyclones took on the Central Penn Panthers. In what seems to have become the theme of this year’s Columbus Showcase, this one came right down to the final whistle, with the Cyclones squeaking out a 4-3 victory on their home ice.

The Atlantic Junior Hockey and Metropolitan Junior Hockey Leagues kicked off their Columbus Weekend Showcase Friday Afternoon. The Philadelphia Little Flyers and Walpole Express met in the weekend’s first MJHL matchup, setting the tone for what is sure to be an exciting weekend of junior hockey.
